Concept Images reduce the time (and so also
cost) involved in producing selected images
by focusing on speci昀椀c parts of a proposal
rather than the whole scheme.
Primarily used to assist the planning and
design team, these images are often used in
Design and Access Statements.
Clients also use this process to inform
important design decisions, by allowing them
to see different variations of the same street
scene or enclosures of a space.
