FLYTHROUGH CONSULTATIONS
Flythrough Consultations are a modern way of showcasing a proposed
layout to local planning authorities, interested stakeholders and
potential investors. They are also a fantastic tool to use inhouse as
part of the design process, allowing the design team to fully immerse
themselves into the proposed design.
We can be available to join meetings in person or virtually to assist
with presentations and typically agree a route to follow before an event.
We use real time rendering software to 昀氀y and walk around the 3D
model, pausing to highlight points of interest, proposed building styles,
materials and an overall context/feel of the site.
Clients and consultees have seen the real value in utilising this process
as they can visualise designs and make critical decisions earlier on in
the project.
Since launching this product, we have received a fantastic response
and have seen land developers win bids as a result.
